Hidden in an idyllic valley in Çeşme, Usul Ova is designed as a space to reunite with serenity and surrounded an idyllic valley in Çeşme, Usul Ova is designed as a space to reunite with serenity and surrounded by nature. Unique Aegean tapestry exuberates on the abundant land of Usul Ova, where we combine our traditional hospitality mentality with diligently designed tastes. Along with this adventure, we host our guests in an unique, sacred space that has been envisioned in compliance with Aegean architecture. Our dreams come true right by the touch of nature.

You can slowly experience the day; take a quick swim before the lunch, enjoy a locally harvested fish along with a rich glass of wine. You can experience joyful conversations by the woodfire in harmony with the sounds of wind caressing every bit of your body and soul. This is a place where you are welcomed by our centuries-old olive trees; rustling peacefully, they share the abundance and peace of this alluring land. This is where Usul Ova longs to share everlasting memories.  

Greet the first glares of the sun amongst our cactus collection at our cactus garden; perhaps with a yoga practice, or enjoy a long waited book under the shadow of an olive tree or just spoil yourself with an open-air Bali massage.

Milky Way compliments the nostalgic movie nights at our gardens on a fine, breezy Aegean night.  

Those who enjoy the simplest pleasures of the nature, and their pets are all welcome on this magical land to experience serenity in nature, in its true form. We are excited to have you with us. 

Usulca
We carried our souls to Çeşme, to this valley that is Usul Ova, at the heart of Aegean lands in 2021. With Duygu’s background in architecture in İstanbul, delicate and thoughtful touches transformed this natural habitat in aim to replenish the soul, achieve sustainable tranquility with spacious living spaces.

At first, Usul Ova was a project for Duygu. She later on felt for this land and acquired the business with the passion to create and share a sustainable pathway to find one’s self.
